Accounting & Finance Associate
Job Summary
Ibtdara is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations maintain accurate records and support the companys financial and compliance requirements.
This is a fully remote position. We particularly encourage applications from graduates of LUMS IBA NUST LSE and FAST-NUCES with a strong academic background and an interest in building a career in accounting and finance.
- Manage bookkeeping financial records and reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue quotations invoices and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable receivable and payment follow-ups.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Handle tax filings and financial compliance.
- Prepare documentation and support audit processes.
- Assist with cash-flow monitoring budgeting and financial reporting.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Graduates from LUMS IBA NUST LSE or FAST-NUCES preferred.
- 13 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic background may also apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Accounting Finance or a related field. Proven experience in corporate compliance company incorporation legal documentation or regulatory affairs. Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate laws company registration procedures and statutory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience working with the Saudi Embassy FBR and other relevant government or regulatory authorities. Understanding of corporate governance legal compliance frameworks and basic accounting principles related to statutory filingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational documentation and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive accountable and solution-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Availability to work Saudi business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM KSA Time).
