Job Summary
Job Title: Garage Supervisor
Location: Oman (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Oman)
We are hiring an experienced Garage Supervisor for a leading organization in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for supervising garage operations managing workshop staff ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repairs and maintaining workshop records and spare parts inventory.
- Supervise mechanics technicians and workshop staff.
- Monitor daily vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
- Allocate work and coordinate workflow within the garage.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of required materials.
- Maintain workshop records reports and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure repairs and servicing are completed within deadlines.
- Monitor workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with management regarding workshop performance and requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Garage Supervisor Workshop Supervisor or Automotive Service Supervisor.
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in maintaining workshop records stock management and reporting.
- Basic communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Age below 40 years.
- Accommodation provided (including water & electricity)
- Weekly Off: 1 day
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
- Contract Duration: 2 years

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Garage Supervisor Workshop Supervisor or Automotive Service Supervisor. Gulf experience is mandatory. High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations. Good leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
