Job Summary
- Manage day to day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements for CEO review
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
- Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules
- Monitor receivables payables and cash flow cycles
- Manage monthly closing process and reporting timelines
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and approval frameworks
- Support tracking of banking covenants and financing obligations
- Act as a key coordinator for external and internal audits
- Prepare audit schedules and required documentation
- Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure
- Support CEO in audit committee and governance reporting
- Work directly with CEO on financial analysis reporting and strategic initiatives
- Support preparation of Board level financial summaries and presentations
- Manage Finance Manager responsibilities and ensure continuity of finance
- operations
- Take ownership of assigned finance areas and manage the full Finance Manager
- scope
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance

- Omani National (mandatory)
- ACCA part-qualified / actively pursuing ACCA (preferably at least 9 papers
- completed)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in audit firm or corporate finance function is an advantage
- Timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
- Quality of financial records and reconciliations

- Ability to independently handle assigned finance functions

Required Skills:
Research and analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive proposals for UAV services AI-based solutions and IoT products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales operations and project management to gather information and insights for proposal development. Create detailed and customized technical proposals ensuring alignment with client needs and specifications. Develop and manage the tendering process including reviewing and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFIs (Request of Information). Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to clients and stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends advancements and emerging technologies related to UAV systems and AI-based Solutions. Review and understand technical specifications project requirements and customer expectations. Engage in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical solutions and address inquiries. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical data and incorporate it into proposal documents. Ensure proposals are submitted within specified deadlines meeting all quality standards. Conduct sales visits on regular basis to ensure continues engagement with potential leads.
Required Education:
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant Experience:4 years of experience as Proposals / Sales -Specific Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of drone technologiesExcellent English written and verbal communication to work collaboratively in a team in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management organizational and time-management skills.
