Now were looking for a Tech Lead who can help us evolve our platform with structure collaboration and technical insight.
About the role
As a Tech Lead youll play a key role in building secure scalable and highperformance systems that power financial service. Youll act as a technical role model coach and active contributor guiding architectural decisions while staying deeply involved in coding.
Lead architecture and design decisions for complex fintech systems
Write clean scalable modern code
Support the team through mentorship code reviews and technical guidance
Ensure high quality security and compliance
Collaborate with product owners to turn business needs into technical solutions
Who we think you are
Youre an experienced developer who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership and you thrive in a domain where reliability performance and security truly matter.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience in modern software development
Strong understanding of system design and architecture
Experience working in fintech or other regulated highcomplexity environments
Experience leading or coaching other developers
Strong communication skills and the ability to create alignment
A pragmatic collaborative and solutionoriented mindset
What You Bring
Solid software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking
Experience with backend development in complex dataheavy systems
Strong database knowledge (data modeling schema evolution performance)
MS SQL Server experience is a plus
Understanding of API design (REST/RPC)
Experience with C or C# is a bonus
Domain expertise in financial or administrative systems is highly valued
