Highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and delivering end-to-end ITSM solutions. Proven expertise in architecture design platform governance and enterprise-level implementations with the ability to align business requirements with scalable technical solutions.
Strong communicator with hands-on experience in stakeholder management team leadership and solution optimization.
- ServiceNow Modules: ITSM CMDB CSDM
- Architecture Design: End-to-end ITSM solutioning scalable architecture
- Integration Expertise: REST/SOAP APIs MID Server third-party integrations
- Development Skills: JavaScript Glide scripting Business Rules Script Includes
- Data Management: CMDB structuring data modeling (CSDM framework)
- Governance: Best practices platform standards design authority
- Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow platform Integration Hub Flow Designer
- 7 years of total experience
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience (Strong development background)
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect (ITSM)
- Strong expertise in ITSM CMDB CSDM
- Hands-on experience with integrations & scripting
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Must be currently based in Norway
