We are engaging Norwegian Transcription Experts to contribute to a customers project focused on elevating AI-driven language this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

1. Transcribe audio and video content accurately from Norwegian into written text ensuring high fidelity to the original material.
2. Conduct thorough reviews and edits of transcriptions to uphold strict linguistic and formatting standards.
3. Annotate and categorize speech segments based on specific project guidelines.
4. Identify and flag ambiguous or unclear audio content providing context or suggested interpretations where necessary.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators and other experts to clarify requirements and ensure consistency across deliverables.
6. Contribute feedback on guidelines and processes to optimize transcription accuracy and workflow efficiency.
7. Maintain secure handling of confidential information and adhere to data privacy requirements at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian with exceptional command of grammar spelling and punctuation.
2. Proven experience in transcription linguistic annotation or a related language-focused discipline.
3. Strong attention to detail capable of delivering precise and contextually accurate work.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
5. Familiarity with transcription tools audio editing software or linguistic annotation platforms is advantageous.
6. Ability to meet project milestones through consistent high-quality output in a remote engagement.
7. Adaptability and openness to feedback in a dynamic project environment.
