Warehouse & Fulfilment Management

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager will oversee warehouse operations inventory storage security order fulfillment deliveries and stock transfers to boutiques. The role will ensure efficient warehouse processes accurate stock management and effective loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and fulfillment activities.
  
• Oversee receiving storage picking packing and dispatch.
  
• Ensure merchandise is stored securely and appropriately.
  
• Coordinate deliveries and stock transfers to boutiques.
  
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
  
• Implement stock control and loss-prevention measures.
  
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical stock counts.
  
• Investigate stock discrepancies and variances.
  
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
  
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and productivity.
  
• Maintain warehouse safety security and housekeeping standards.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Bachelors degree/HND in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
  
• 58 years warehouse/logistics experience.
  
• Experience managing inventory in retail luxury goods FMCG or similar environments.
  
• Supervisory/managerial experience required.
