Technical Facility Manager (Asaba)

Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for facility management and technical operations We are seeking a highly competent Technical Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation maintenance and performance of our facilities in Asaba Delta State.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure the optimal performance of mechanical electrical and civil assets within the facility.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with quality safety and operational standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building infrastructure and technical systems.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure all building systems operate efficiently including electrical mechanical plumbing and civil infrastructure.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports budgets and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and statutory regulations.
• Support the implementation of best practices in facility and asset management.

Qualifications :

• First in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• 810 years of relevant experience in technical facility management building maintenance or engineering operations.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.
• Experience in lift/elevator management will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate

• Must currently reside in Asaba Delta State or its environs.
• Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized proactive and committed to operational excellence.
