Your Responsibilities
- You will support in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms like Job Boards and Social Media platforms.
- You will screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates
- You will assist with scheduling interviews and manage communication with candidates
- You will craft compelling JDs and role briefs using conversational storytelling techniques
- You will also take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills
What Success looks like
- You achieve a 70% success rate on tasks assigned to you.
- You play a role in ensuring that clients and candidates feel valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.
- You consistently introduce and implement fresh and effective ideas that improve our recruitment processes.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Burning curiosity to learn how hiring work and eagerness to learn fast
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Take initiative and suggest improvement from time to time
