Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Assistant (STA) to support the Group CEO in driving organizational goals. This role combines strategy research and executive support ensuring seamless operations of the Executive Office. The STA will lead research initiatives provide data-driven insights and support key projects while acting as a critical link between the CEO leadership team and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
- Bachelors degree in Economics Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/MSc is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-level executives (oil & gas exposure preferred).
- Strong expertise in data analysis research and project management.
- Proven ability to handle executive-level reporting governance and stakeholder management.

Knowledge & Skills
- Business research innovation and corporate systems management.
- Strong financial acumen and critical thinking.
- Data analytics reporting and strategic communication.
- Project execution digital proficiency (MS Office cloud tools).
- Collaboration discretion and stakeholder engagement.
