Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs ensure financial efficiency and support the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage budgets contracts and project risks effectively. Candidates within Lekki and environs are most preferred.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field

Candidate must be a resident within Lekki and its environs.

3 years minimum experience in relevant construction/project cost management

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control

Good understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software

Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis

Monitor project costs and manage variations

Oversee procurement tendering and contract negotiations

Ensure compliance manage risks and collaborate with stakeholders
