Job Summary

Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements in line with business and client needs.

Develop and manage project plans budgets schedules resources milestones and deliverables.

Lead cross-functional teams including developers engineers QA specialists business analysts and vendors to ensure effective project execution.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships provide regular project updates gather feedback and ensure expectations are met.

Identify and manage project risks issues dependencies and scope changes implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.

Monitor project progress costs resource utilization and performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope budget quality and timelines.

Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality security compliance and client requirements.

Lead project meetings reviews and status reporting ensuring timely resolution of project blockers.

Coordinate project closure client handover post-project reviews and implementation of lessons learned.

Apply Agile methodologies where applicable including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.

Drive continuous improvement efficiency and adoption of effective project management tools and delivery practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Management or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in project management managing IT or business technology solutions projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving software development system integration or IT infrastructure
Experience in managing client relationships working with cross-functional teams and delivering business-critical solutions.
Experience in managing remote or distributed teams and projects.
