As we expand our mobility offerings we are building a premium on-demand and scheduled mobility service designed to provide customers with a seamless dependable and high-quality ride experience.
We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Lead to build strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition increase ride demand and establish Shuttlers as a preferred mobility partner across key customer ecosystems.

Role Summary
The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for identifying developing and managing commercial partnerships that generate customers ride demand and revenue for Shuttlers premium on-demand and scheduled mobility services.
The role will focus on building partnerships with businesses platforms and customer ecosystems where transportation is an important part of the customer experience. Key opportunities include shortlet and Airbnb operators serviced apartments hotels property managers corporate organisations travel and tourism businesses event companies and venues hospitality businesses residential communities and other high-potential mobility partners.
This is a hands-on commercial role. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities build a strong partnership pipeline develop compelling propositions negotiate commercial arrangements launch partnerships and continuously grow the value generated from each relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Development & Growth
  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy for Shuttlers premium on-demand and scheduled mobility business with a clear focus on customer acquisition ride volume and revenue growth.
  • Identify industries businesses platforms and customer communities with recurring scheduled or on-demand mobility needs.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners across priority segments.
  • Prospect pitch negotiate and close strategic and commercial partnerships.
  • Develop partnership models that make Shuttlers the preferred or recommended mobility option within partner ecosystems.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and continuously identify opportunities to expand the commercial value of each partnership.

Priority Partnership Segments

  • Build partnerships across relevant mobility demand channels including:
  • Shortlets Airbnb hosts and shortlet management companies enabling guests to access reliable airport transfers scheduled trips and on-demand transportation throughout their stay.
  • Hotels and serviced apartments positioning Shuttlers as a preferred mobility option for guests business travellers and visitors.
  • Property managers residential estates and developments providing convenient on-demand and scheduled mobility solutions for residents and visitors.
  • Corporate organisations supporting executive transportation employee mobility guest transportation airport transfers and business travel.
  • Travel and tourism businesses partnering with travel agencies tour operators and destination management companies to integrate transportation into travel experiences and itineraries.
  • Events and entertainment working with event organisers venues conferences weddings and entertainment businesses to provide scheduled and on-demand transportation for attendees and guests.
  • Restaurants lifestyle and hospitality businesses developing mobility partnerships that improve the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Airlines and travel-related businesses developing partnerships around airport transfers and traveller mobility where commercially viable.
  • Coworking spaces and business communities creating mobility offerings for professionals members and visitors.
  • Digital platforms and marketplaces identifying opportunities to integrate or bundle Shuttlers mobility into relevant customer journeys.

The Partnerships Lead will also be expected to continuously identify and test new partnership categories capable of generating meaningful and sustainable ride demand.

2. Commercial Proposition & Deal Structuring
  • Develop compelling partnership propositions tailored to different partner segments and mobility use cases.
  • Structure commercial arrangements including referral models negotiated rates commissions ride packages corporate accounts bundled services and other partnership models.
  • Prepare proposals presentations and commercial business cases for prospective partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate contracting and onboarding of new partners.
  • Ensure partnerships have clearly defined commercial objectives responsibilities and performance expectations.

3. Partnership Activation

  • Work closely with Product Marketing Sales and Operations to successfully launch new partnerships.
  • Develop joint activation plans that make it easy for partner customers to discover book and use Shuttlers on-demand and scheduled mobility services.
  • Work with Marketing to develop relevant partner campaigns referral programmes promotions and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to embed Shuttlers into partner customer journeys through booking links QR codes referral codes platform integrations or other appropriate channels.
  • Ensure operational readiness and service quality for partnerships before launch.

4. Partnership Performance & Account Growth

  • Track the performance of each partnership against agreed commercial objectives.
  • Monitor ride volume customer acquisition revenue conversion and repeat usage generated through partnership channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with active partners and resolve commercial or operational issues that could affect performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships across additional locations customer segments or mobility use cases.
  • Regularly review the partnership portfolio and prioritise relationships generating the strongest commercial value.
Success Measures

Success in this role will primarily be measured by:

  • Revenue generated through partnership channels.
  • Number and value of rides generated through partnerships.
  • Number of new customers acquired through partnership channels.
  • Number and quality of active revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Conversion of partnership pipeline into launched and active partnerships.
  • Repeat usage and retention of customers acquired through partnerships.
  • Growth in ride volume and revenue from existing partners.
  • Contribution of partnerships to the overall growth of Shuttlers premium on-demand and scheduled mobility business.




Requirements
  • Relevant experience in partnerships business development commercial growth or strategic sales preferably within mobility e-hailing travel hospitality technology marketplaces or another consumer-facing business.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying pitching negotiating and closing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify partnerships that can translate into measurable customer acquisition ride demand and revenue.
  • Experience managing a partnership pipeline from prospecting through negotiation launch and account growth.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop partnership propositions commercial models and business cases.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Marketing Operations and Sales teams.
  • Strong presentation negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating partnership performance and deciding where to invest resources.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build new commercial channels from the ground up.




Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. 02 years of relevant experience (internships or NYSC experience acceptable). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
