MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a skilled reliable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotels facilities equipment utilities and building infrastructure ensuring that all systems operate safely efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations.

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across the hotel.
  
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical plumbing mechanical HVAC and other facility systems.
  
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
  
• Supervise maintenance technicians and artisans.
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service schedules.
  
• Monitor generators water systems pumps air-conditioning units electrical systems and other critical equipment.
  
• Coordinate external technicians and contractors when required.
  
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hotel maintenance standards.
  
• Monitor maintenance tools spare parts and consumables.
  
• Liaise with Housekeeping Front Office Food & Beverage and other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
  
• Prepare regular maintenance reports and recommend repairs replacements or upgrades.
  

• OND Eng. or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Building Technology Facilities Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 35 years relevant maintenance experience preferably within a hotel hospitality commercial or residential environment.
  
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical plumbing mechanical HVAC and general building maintenance.
  
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
  
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and work under pressure.
  
• Strong communication organizational and team-management skills.
  
• Must be hands-on reliable proactive and safety-conscious.
