Job Title: LinkedIn Content Specialist
About the role
You will own Career Bridge Foundations presence on LinkedIn end-to-end. This includes drafting and scheduling posts growing the founders personal LinkedIn brand growing the Career Bridge company page and building a content engine that consistently delivers thought-leadership content to a professional audience of career switchers university partners and prospective enterprise clients.
LinkedIn is our highest-priority platform for B2B credibility and partnership development. This role is for someone who genuinely understands how LinkedIn works as a thought-leadership platform not just as a posting tool.
What youll do
- Draft 5 LinkedIn posts per week across the founders personal page and the Career Bridge company page
- Develop a content engine: weekly themes content series and recurring formats that build audience expectation
- Engage with the audience: respond to comments build relationships in DMs identify prospects worth connecting with
- Repurpose founder ideas podcast appearances and long-form content into LinkedIn-native posts
- Track and report weekly on impressions engagement rate follower growth and lead generation
- Coordinate with the Content Developer on raw material and with the founder on positioning
- 1 years of LinkedIn content management agency in-house or strong personal brand experience all count
- A LinkedIn presence we can review (your own profile with substantive posts and engagement)
- Strong written English with a professional conversational thought-leadership voice
- Demonstrated track record on LinkedIn: a profile or company page you have grown a post that performed well a campaign that drove leads
- Self-directed and creative; can run a LinkedIn presence without daily oversight
- Genuine interest in professional development education or B2B SaaS
- Paid contract experience running LinkedIn for a UK-registered CIC
- Direct mentorship from the founder on positioning and voice
- Career Bridge LinkedIn Content Specialist credential on completion
- Real engagement metrics and case studies to add to your portfolio
- Genuine pathway to a Head of LinkedIn or Brand Lead role for strong performers
