Job Summary
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software systems to minimize downtime.
- Administer and maintain servers ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical services.
- Manage network infrastructure to guarantee secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.

- Possess 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT troubleshooting and hardware/software support.
- Show strong capabilities in network and server administration.
- Exhibit expertise in managing IT infrastructure and system administration tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of IT maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Possess skills in systems security data management and cybersecurity.
- Be adept at providing IT support and user assistance.
- Have experience in IT resource management and information security strategies.
Required Skills:
Requirements 4 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS technical consultative or solution sales. Proven experience managing sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Experience selling to business decision-makers enterprise clients or complex buying groups. Strong presentation negotiation objection-handling and closing skills. Ability to explain technical products or solutions in clear commercial terms. Experience building and managing a qualified sales pipeline. Strong CRM and sales forecasting skills. Comfortable with in-person client meetings field prospecting networking and industry events. Strong commercial communication and relationship-building skills. Existing industry relationships or a strong professional network are an advantage.
