Job Summary


Our Client
Our client a construction company seeks to employ a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management learning and development and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle employee relations disciplinary matters conflict resolution and labor law compliance.
  • Oversee payroll inputs leave administration HR records and employee benefits.
  • Supervise corporate services including logistics fleet coordination office administration and facilities management.
  • Coordinate IT administration by ensuring the effective management of office technology systems and IT support vendors.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare HR and corporate services reports and recommend process improvements


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM SHRM CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing HR operations alongside administration logistics or corporate services.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
