Our Client
Our client a bakery retail company seeks to employ a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys strategic and operational plans.
- Provide leadership across operations finance sales procurement production and human resources.
- Drive revenue growth profitability and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor organizational KPIs.
- Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory quality and food safety standards.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships including suppliers partners and regulatory agencies.
- Report organizational performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (.) or HND in Business Administration Management or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience with significant leadership responsibility in FMCG food manufacturing retail or hospitality
