Direct day-to-day operations across business units to ensure efficiency profitability and service excellence.

Streamline cross-functional workflows establishing robust SOPs and performance monitoring frameworks.
Lead organizational manpower planning talent retention and executive performance optimization.
Oversee corporate compliance risk management and governance standards across all operating regions.
Drive revenue growth margin improvement and strategic budget allocations in line with corporate targets.
Oversee annual financial planning P&L management quarterly forecasting and resource distribution.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to minimize overhead while maximizing ROI.
Serve as a primary operational liaison between department heads executive leadership and board members.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports quarterly operational evaluations and strategic proposals for board review.
Build and sustain relationships with key corporate clients strategic alliances and institutional partners.
Experience: 8 years of progressive management experience with at least 35 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field; an MBA or executive masters degree is strongly preferred.
Operational Expertise: Proven track record in P&L management workforce structuring and cross-border or multi-unit operational scaling.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution team-building and executive coaching capabilities.
Strategic Vision: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business environments hit aggressive sales/revenue targets and position the firm for long-term equity growth.
Base Salary: 350000 monthly
Target Achievement Bonus: Up to 500000 monthly upon meeting defined operational and financial KPIs
Commission: Tiered commission structure for driving revenue and performance above target levels
Growth & Equity Pathway: Structured timeline for advancement to CEO and allocation of equity stakeholder options based on sustained board-level milestones and organizational expansion
