Job Summary
- Ensure the timely invoicing of vehicle sales and perform monthly reconciliation of receivables.
- Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly reports covering inventory receivables and departmental budgets.
- Support robust working-capital management and review balance-sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
- Supervise monthly inventory counts across all centers.
- Participate in annual statutory and tax audits and provide the required supporting documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN CFA ACCA or equivalent) is required.
- 37 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in finance operations or a related field. Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial planning is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and operations management with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel accounting software and financial reporting tools.
