Job Summary
Dashboard & BI Development
- Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using approved BI and visualization platforms (Power BI Tableau or Looker).
- Develop Board packs executive dashboards operational scorecards and self-service analytics tools for all business units.
- Translate complex datasets and analytical outputs from the Data Engineers into clear visually engaging presentations.
- Ensure all visualizations are accurate accessible mobile-responsive where required and consistent with Meristems branding standards.
Data Analysis & Transformation
- Conduct data analysis and transformation to prepare datasets for visualization and management information production.
- Apply data storytelling techniques to present insights in ways that drive understanding and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Data Warehouse Manager to ensure dashboards are connected to certified accurate data sources.
- Manage the analytics reporting calendar ensuring all regular management reports are delivered on time.
Stakeholder Enablement
- Train business users on self-service analytics tools and dashboard navigation.
- Work with business unit heads to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
- Manage the BI tool environment including user access performance and version control.
Identify and escalate data quality issues discovered during visualization and analysis work.
- Bachelors degree from any related discipline
- Masters degree is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Data Management.
