Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Build Raydas data warehouse and analytics infrastructure bringing together product billing and customer interaction data from multiple systems.

Integrate and maintain data from platforms including Segment PostHog and the core product.

Develop reliable data models and transformation layers that create a single source of truth for business data.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows to ensure data is accurate consistent and accessible.

Develop high value datasets and analytical models that support Product Growth Commercial and leadership decision making.

Enable teams to self serve reliable data and insights without depending on manual reporting.

Identify and resolve data quality consistency and integrity issues across source systems.

Analyse product and customer data to uncover usage patterns churn risks and expansion opportunities.

Establish clear documentation and processes for data models pipelines and the broader analytics environment.

Partner with Product Growth Commercial and other teams to continuously improve Raydas data capabilities.

Requirements

36 years of experience in data analytics analytics engineering data engineering or a related field.

Proven experience building a data warehouse or data lake from scratch.

Strong hands on experience with SQL data modelling and data transformation.

Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools.

Experience with cloud data warehouses and data orchestration.

Experience working with event based data and product analytics.

Experience integrating data from multiple systems and working with fragmented or messy datasets.

Strong understanding of data quality data governance and documentation.

Ability to translate complex product billing and customer data into reliable usable datasets and insights.

Experience collaborating with Product Growth and Commercial teams.
