Job Position: Administrative/Human Resources Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative /Human Resources Officer to oversee both human resources and general office operations manage our ADMIN/ HR functions across recruitment employee relations and effective operation of the office. The successful candidate will serve as a key contact point for employees and management ensuring that HR policies are consistently applied and that the organization remains compliant with Nigerian labour regulations. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for approved vacancies including job posting CV screening interview coordination and offer management
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law the Pension Reform Act NSITF and PAYE tax regulations
Liaise with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of office services.
Maintain office asset registers and administrative records.
Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration Public Administration Human Resources Management Office Technology and Management or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a combined Administrative and Human Resources role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
Solid working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act and related employment regulations
Knowledge of office administration procedures and document management.
400000 monthly net
