Summary

Mōtēneitūrangamahi About the role
Reporting to the Property & Assets Manageryoullhelp coordinate the delivery of maintenance compliancefacilitiesand capital works activities across Wise Groups national property portfolio.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You might be coordinating contractor documentation supporting procurement activities preparing governance reports tracking project budgets organising stakeholder meetings or helping solve the issues that keep projects moving.
Youllalso contribute to improving the systems templates and processes that support the Property & Assets team making thisa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys finding better ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenancerefurbishmentand capital works projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate project documentation procurement activitiesreportingand project records.
- Build positive working relationships with contractorsconsultantsand internal stakeholders.
- Support governancecomplianceand contract administration across the property portfolio.
- Monitor project progressactionsand budgets helping ensure work stays on track.
- Identifyopportunities to improve systemstemplatesand ways of working across the Property & Assets team.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional after-hours workrequiredto support operational needs.

Experience that would be helpful
- Experience coordinating projectsoperationsor complex administrative activities.
- Exposure to procurement contract administrationreportingor document management.
- Experience in property facilities or construction is an advantage but not essential.
Youllalso need
- Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word.
- A current full New Zealand drivers licence.
