Programme & Compliance Manager

Job Summary
In this role youll be at the centre of our property growth programme providing the visibility governance and reporting that enables great decisions and successful delivery outcomes. Youll work across multiple projects and stakeholders ensuring risks are identified early reporting is meaningful and delivery teams have the information they need to succeed.
Youll be a trusted partner to project teams and senior stakeholders helping create consistency accountability and confidence across the programme.
What youll be doing:
- Driving programme governance compliance and delivery assurance across a diverse property portfolio.
- Maintaining integrated programme schedules and tracking key milestones dependencies and risks.
- Developing dashboards reporting packs and performance insights that support informed decision-making.
- Managing programme-level RAID registers and ensuring risks and issues are proactively addressed.
- Supporting financial governance through budget forecast and variance tracking.
- Ensuring project information and reporting data is accurate complete and reliable.
- Providing portfolio visibility to support prioritisation resource planning and delivery performance.
- Coordinating procurement and fixture-readiness activities to help keep projects on track.
- Driving continuous improvement and evolving programme management practices across the function.
Qualifications :
Youre naturally organised analytical and curious. You enjoy solving problems connecting the dots and helping teams work more effectively.
Youll bring:
- Experience in programme coordination PMO governance compliance project controls or portfolio reporting.
- Strong project governance and delivery assurance knowledge.
- Proven experience managing programme schedules project reporting and RAID registers.
- Advanced reporting dashboarding and analytical capability including strong Excel skills.
- Experience supporting financial reporting forecasting and budget tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and reporting accuracy.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience within property construction retail development capital projects or operational delivery environments will be highly regarded. Certifications such as PRINCE2 PMP MSP or PMO qualifications are advantageous.
