About the role Thisis a varied role supporting key finance operations including accounts payableaccounts receivable payment processing reconciliations supplier managementand general finance support.
You will help us maintain excellent financialpractices while also looking for smarter ways of working. We are embracing newtechnology and digital tools including AI to improve processes and createbetter experiences for our people.
You will:
Process AP and AR transactions accurately and efficiently
Support payment runs bank reconciliations and financial activities
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Provide professional support to internal teams and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Contribute positively during periods of change and continuous improvement
Youll be working 30 hoursper week Monday to Friday with flexibility available.
About you You will be someonewho:
Is motivated by purpose and wants their work to make a difference
Has experience in finance accounting AP AR or a related field
Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change
Brings resilience initiative and a problem-solving mindset
Enjoys learning new systems and exploring smarter ways of working
