Mō tēnei tūrangamahi About the role Were looking for a data-driven problem solver to join this role you will be supporting entities across the Wise Group toimprove how they work through smarter use of data.
Youll contribute to both large and small projects bydesigning reports creating insightful data visualisations and helping shapesystems using both off-the-shelf and in-house software.
This is a varied role where collaboration is keyyoull workalongside internal teams and the Business Improvement team to delivermeaningful people-focused solutions that reduce operational pain points andcreate real impact.
In this role youwill:
Analyse data to uncover patterns and support informed decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and recommend practical solutions
Design and build reports and dashboards using Power BI
Extract transform and document data to support scalable reusable solutions
Apply UX principles to co-design user-friendly tools and reports
Provide support troubleshooting and subject matter expertise across systems
This is a fixed-term position working 40 hours per weekbased at our beautiful head office in Hamilton East with flexible workingoptions available. This role has a fixed-term end date of 30 June 2027.
Ngā pūkenga me ngāwheako Skills & Experience Were looking for someonewith:
Hands-on experience designing reports and dashboards in Power BI
Proficiency in Power Query DAX and SQL
Experience with data modelling and databases
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative solution-focused mindset
Its a bonus if you have:
An understanding of the New Zealand health sector especially in the NGO or community space
Experience presenting to stakeholders or facilitating workshops
Proven ability to work independently with creativity and initiative
