We are seeking a highly experienced Zero Trust Security Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise security transformation initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in Zscaler and Cisco security technologies with strong project delivery capabilities across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The successful candidate will drive large-scale migrations from traditional perimeter-based security to modern Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) while ensuring secure scalable and business-friendly implementations.

• Design and govern enterprise-wide Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
• Lead migration from legacy VPN proxy and firewall solutions to Zscaler-based security platforms.
• Define security standards architecture patterns and best practices.

• Architect and execute large-scale migrations from:
  • Cisco Proxy
  • VPN Solutions
  • Traditional Firewalls
• Ensure minimal business disruption during migration activities.
• Develop migration roadmaps implementation strategies and technical blueprints.

• Drive Security as Code initiatives using:
  • Python
  • Terraform
  • Ansible
  • CI/CD Pipelines
• Automate security deployments configurations and operational processes.

• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validation activities.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering network cloud and security teams.
• Support project planning risk management and technical decision-making.
• Ensure successful delivery from design through production deployment.

• Expert knowledge of:
  • Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
  • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Zscaler Identity
• Strong experience with Cisco Security solutions:
  • Firepower
  • Cisco ISE
  • Web Security Appliance (WSA)

• Advanced knowledge of:
  • BGP
  • OSPF
  • VXLAN
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Packet-level analysis

• Python scripting and API integrations.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Terraform
  • Ansible
• CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.

• Experience delivering projects using:
  • Agile / Scrum
  • Waterfall Methodologies
• Strong stakeholder and technical leadership skills.
• Experience leading global security transformation programs.
