We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure Active Directory services VMware environments and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working within ITIL-driven environments.

• Administer maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2008/2012 and later).
• Manage Active Directory Domain Controllers DNS DHCP Group Policies and AD Replication.
• Perform server patching upgrades security maintenance and health monitoring.
• Support and manage VMware vSphere environments including:
  • vMotion
  • DRS
  • HA
  • Cloning
  • Templates
  • Snapshots
• Configure and support Windows Clustering and high-availability solutions.
• Support cloud infrastructure across Azure AWS or GCP.
• Handle incident problem and change management activities following ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

• 68 years of Windows Server Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Group Policy
  • AD Replication
• Experience with VMware vSphere (5.x and 6.x).
• Knowledge of Windows Clustering and high-availability environments.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure AWS or GCP).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.

• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of security patching and compliance standards.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
