Your Mission:

• Manage teams of 310 people across various departments ensuring everyone is aligned motivated and hitting their marks.

• Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activitiesensuring our logistics run smoothly no matter which department needs you most that day.

• Design smart rosters to ensure we have maximum availability during peak times.

• Maintain our reputation by overseeing strict quality control on every single shipment that enters or leaves the building.

• Dont just follow the manualhelp us write it. Youll identify bottlenecks and implement smarter ways to work.
