Job Summary
- Define comprehensive test strategies test plans and testing approaches to support successful project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities including test planning execution monitoring defect tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with business users product owners development teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Lead migration testing activities including planning execution data validation risk assessment and defect management.
- Drive quality initiatives by implementing structured testing methodologies and ensuring seamless system transitions.
- Support Agile ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Leverage test automation practices to improve efficiency reliability and test coverage.
- 10 years of experience as a Test Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance.
- Extensive experience in defining test strategies creating detailed test plans and managing complex testing activities.
- Proven experience in migration testing including data validation risk identification execution and defect resolution.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with test automation concepts and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including business teams product owners and technical teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and coordination skills.
- Design and implement effective testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Plan execute and manage testing activities across the complete software delivery lifecycle.
- Identify testing risks assess impacts and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
