Supervisor, Kit Assembly

Join a high-performing operations team where your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction operational efficiency and business this role you will lead kit assembly operations drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of quality safety and compliance while developing and empowering a talented team.

What You Will Do

• Lead daily kit assembly operations to achieve service quality productivity and inventory accuracy targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations quality requirements and internal operating procedures.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators including fill rate on-time and in-full delivery inventory accuracy and operational productivity.
• Partner with operational leadership to develop maintain and improve kit assembly standard operating procedures within a regulated environment.
• Optimise layouts storage solutions and workflows to support business growth new product introductions and operational changes.
• Train and develop team members to maintain a safe compliant and efficient kit assembly operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including workplace organisation and process efficiency programmes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an efficient cost-effective supply chain and resolve customer feedback promptly and effectively.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing logistics or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations capacity planning and warehouse optimisation.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics Supply Chain Operations or a related field.
• Training or certification in Lean methodologies.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems preferably Oracle.
• Experience within the Medical Devices Healthcare Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or comparable quality management systems.
  

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: 42.000 - 78.000 EUR Annual
