Job Summary

Senior Apptio Engineer (TBM) Contract Role

We are looking for an experienced Apptio Engineer with deep expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM) to join our team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in complex environments enjoys solving highimpact issues and can collaborate across finance cloud infrastructure and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 teams.
Support core TBM modules including budgeting forecasting and costing.
Monitor and troubleshoot data load failures ETL issues mapping errors and API ingestion problems.
Enhance dashboards reports KPI views and guide stakeholders in interpreting financial outputs.
Maintain and update SOPs KEDBs and documentation.
Oversee system health scheduled jobs and model performance; collaborate with Apptio Support for platform-level fixes.
Work closely with TBM Office IT Finance Cloud/Infra and ERP/Data teams to ensure accurate cost transparency.
Uphold strong data governance controls and documentation for financial models.

Required Competencies

10 years of experience in Apptio / TBM.
Strong hands-on expertise with Apptio MOT.
Proven ability to manage complex financial models and cross-functional stakeholder environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
