As a Solution Architect you will: Lead the architecture and design of technology solutions for Collections and Distressed Client Management platforms. Translate business strategy regulatory requirements and operational needs into scalable solution architectures. Define architecture roadmaps covering Early Collections Late Collections Debt Treatment and Debt Recovery. Design cloud-native event-driven and microservices-based solutions for mission-critical banking applications. Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Define integration strategies across core banking risk management CRM and data platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders engineering teams and technical leaders to deliver strategic technology initiatives. Produce architecture documentation standards solution blueprints and technical roadmaps. Mentor development teams and technical leads on architectural principles and modern software engineering practices. Drive alignment between business goals regulatory compliance technology investments and risk management. What You Bring to the Table: 10 years of experience in Software Engineering Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture. Proven experience designing and architecting mission-critical banking or financial services platforms. Strong expertise in Collections Debt Recovery Lending Distressed Client Management or Risk Management domains. Hands-on experience with Java (17) Spring Boot and the Spring Cloud ecosystem. Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture RESTful APIs Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Experience designing cloud-native applications using modern architectural patterns. Expertise in Docker Kubernetes and containerized application deployment. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines GitHub Actions DevSecOps and deployment automation. Familiarity with API Gateway patterns and enterprise integration architecture. Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments. Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and developer productivity platforms. Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience. You should possess the ability to: Design scalable resilient and secure enterprise-grade banking solutions. Translate complex business requirements into practical technical architectures. Lead solution architecture discussions across cross-functional teams. Create integration strategies between multiple enterprise applications and platforms. Drive cloud transformation initiatives using modern architectural principles. Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend scalable technology solutions. Establish architecture standards governance processes and best practices. Mentor engineering teams on software architecture and design principles. Communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
