Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer to design develop and implement enterprise ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering ServiceNow implementations developing custom workflows and integrations and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable governance risk and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Build and configure workflows Flow Designer automations notifications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployments using Source Control Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure smooth migration of solutions from development through production.
• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design based on best practices.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and platform capabilities.
• Perform code reviews refactoring and maintain clean scalable code.
• Work in Agile development teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 810 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
