• Masters degree in relevant business discipline.
• More than 8-10 years experience with a proven track-record Business- / Operational transformation programs preferably in consulting.
• Experience in Consumer Business Industry with deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
• Managed large teams or multiple projects simultaneously where you developed the people skills to guide and develop high-performing teams.
