Job Summary
- Translate business needs into clear IT requirements functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyse and improve Daily Banking processes covering savings accounts current accounts payments cards and online/mobile banking.
- Work closely with business stakeholders Product Owners developers and solution architects to define effective solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support solution design testing implementation and business validation activities.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with Dutch banking regulations and applicable standards.
- Identify process gaps business issues and improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of business and functional issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- 6-8 years of overall experience as an IT Business Analyst preferably within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Daily Banking including savings current accounts payments cards and digital/online/mobile banking.
- Good understanding of the Banking and Financial Technology domain.
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering functional analysis user stories process analysis and solution definition.
- Experience working with business stakeholders Product Owners developers and architects.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and supporting testing and solution implementation.
- Good understanding of Dutch banking regulations standards and customer requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical project management and time management skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analyse complex Daily Banking processes and translate them into clear IT requirements.
- Understand business needs and convert them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and effectively manage discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to effective digital banking solutions.
- Work closely with development and architecture teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support testing troubleshooting issue resolution and business validation.
- Manage priorities timelines documentation and stakeholder expectations effectively.
