Role Overview

An experienced Global Mobility Business Partner is required to support international workforce mobility within a complex global organization. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on operational management of international assignments ensuring compliant efficient and employee-focused mobility solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders HR teams and employees while driving continuous improvement across mobility processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
  • Advise senior stakeholders and HR teams on global mobility matters
  • Translate business needs into effective mobility solutions
  • Support workforce planning and international staffing strategies
  • Provide mobility cost projections and assignment insights
  • Contribute to talent mobility and employee experience initiatives
International Assignment Management
  • Manage end-to-end international assignments and relocations
  • Advise on assignment packages payroll impacts and costings
  • Coordinate external vendors for immigration tax and relocation services
  • Support employees and managers throughout the assignment lifecycle
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with immigration tax employment and social security regulations
  • Translate technical guidance into practical business advice
  • Collaborate with legal tax and HR stakeholders to mitigate risks
Policy & Program Management
  • Maintain and apply global mobility policies consistently
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities through mobility data
  • Support policy updates and change initiatives
Operational Excellence
  • Improve mobility processes tools and employee experience
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality
  • Deliver training sessions and create guidance materials
  • Use analytics and reporting to support decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years of experience in Global Mobility within an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of tax immigration payroll and social security compliance
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ability to simplify complex mobility topics into business-focused solutions
  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive adaptable and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience working in fast-paced matrix organizations preferred
