Senior Data Migration Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Migration Developer with strong expertise in Azure-based data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL development SQL scripting and data quality management with the ability to support migration initiatives for Azure-based applications and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.

• Design develop and execute ETL processes for complex data migration projects.
• Plan and implement data migration strategies for Azure-based applications and COTS platforms.
• Analyze identify and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction transformation validation and loading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for source control work item management and deployment activities.
• Perform data validation reconciliation and post-migration support.
• Document migration processes technical specifications and best practices.

• 810 years of experience in data migration and ETL development.
• Strong expertise in ETL processes and migration methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Azure-based data migration projects.
• Experience migrating data for Azure applications and COTS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL scripting.
• Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with Unix Shell scripting and text processing tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple migration activities.
