Job Summary

As a SaaS Platform Engineer you will:

Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications from onboarding and implementation to renewal and retirement.
Own and support enterprise SaaS platforms ensuring security compliance resilience and operational excellence.
Manage identity and access integrations using SSO SAML OAuth and SCIM.
Collaborate with architecture security risk procurement and business teams to deliver secure SaaS solutions.
Monitor platform availability performance incidents and operational risks.
Manage vendor relationships release cycles upgrades and platform changes.
Perform risk assessments and implement remediation activities to address security and compliance requirements.
Support audits regulatory reviews and governance initiatives.
Automate operational and governance processes to improve service efficiency.
Manage SaaS license utilization optimization and cost transparency.
Work with APIs Microsoft Azure ServiceNow and Identity & Access Management technologies to support enterprise integrations.
Drive continuous improvement by contributing to platform standards governance frameworks and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

6 years of experience in SaaS Platform Engineering Cloud Platform Engineering Enterprise Application Support or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including SSO SAML OAuth and SCIM.
Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management governance security compliance and risk management.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
Knowledge of monitoring operational excellence resilience business continuity and disaster recovery practices.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting audits compliance initiatives vendor management and operational governance.

You should possess the ability to:

Manage end-to-end SaaS platform lifecycle activities.
Implement secure identity and access management solutions.
Design and support SaaS integrations using APIs and cloud services.
