As ourSatellite RF Communications Engineer you will be the architect and operator of our critical RF infrastructure. From UHF to Ka-band and advanced radar systems you are the one ensuring our data and signals fly clear and uninterrupted.

What Youll Do

This isnt a desk job where you just monitor screens. Youll blend deep hands-on hardware engineering with strategic ground operations and spectrum management. Your focus:

  • The Master of Hardware:Lead the design integration and lifecycle management of our RF hardware systems. Youll specify source and integrate flight-proven COTS components.

  • Ground Control:Own and run our in-house ground station infrastructure. Youll also coordinate with and manage third-party network providers to guarantee maximum uptime high-quality service and seamless operations.

  • Test Tweak Triumph:Plan and execute rigorous RF testing EMI characterization link budget calculations and interference analyses. You dont stop until the connection is flawless.

  • Spectrum & Regulations:Serve as our link to global regulatory bodies. You will lead or support ITU filings and spectrum coordination collaborating with external partners like TU Delft to protect our frequencies.

Who You Are

An engineer who loves to get their hands dirty but never loses sight of the big picture.

  • You hold a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering RF Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.

  • You bring strong hands-on experience with RF systems across multiple frequency bands (UHF through Ka-band).

  • You have experience operating or managing satellite or radar ground stations (this is a major plus).

  • You are familiar with ITU processes spectrum filing and international RF regulations.

  • You are a natural collaborator who can easily translate complex RF requirements to systems software and mission teams.
