Job Summary
QA Advisor OMS
Location: The Hague Netherlands
Hours: 16 hours per week
Scale: 12
Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Advisor / Quality Assurance Manager to support a major Offender Management System (OMS) renewal project. You will help ensure project quality manage risks and dependencies monitor control measures and provide strategic and operational advice.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the project meets agreed quality standards and objectives.
- Manage and monitor project risks and mitigation measures.
- Monitor dependencies with other programs and systems.
- Follow up on agreements resulting from audits and control measures.
- Contribute to compliance and risk management strategy.
- Conduct and support audits and CIO assessments.
- Advise stakeholders on quality improvements and risk management.
- Support change management activities.
- Provide clear objective reporting and advice at both tactical and strategic levels.
Requirements
- Completed HBO Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Manager / Quality Assurance professional.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting or supervising audits and CIO assessments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and facilitating risk management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in change management.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 Practitioner IT Quality Assurance or similar.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and risk management.
- Understanding of complex governmental or administrative organizations.
- Experience with government architecture frameworks and large-scale IT projects is an advantage.
- Experience in the justice sector is an advantage.
