Projects & Optimisation Analyst (Dutch speaker)

Role Summary

Your main goal as Projects & Optimisation Analyst is driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results for this role you will play a key part in managing both internal and external projects ensuring the highest standards of service and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing a variety of internal and external projects to enhance our service offering and customer satisfaction respecting budget resource planning deadlines and priorities.
• Leading customer projects including onboarding new clients managing implementations after successful public tenders overseeing data migration projects and supporting mergers or divestitures of existing customers.
• Coordinating internal projects focused on improving service delivery processes maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards and upholding data security in line with ISO27001 requirements.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and proactively initiating and leading optimisation projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define track and report project KPIs to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Proactively escalate risks and blockers internally when needed to keep projects on track and ensure delivery.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required

• Primary experience in project management ideally in a technology or service-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of and affinity with various project methodologies applied including Waterfall Agile Scrum Kanban and PRINCE2.
