Project Manager Secure Modern Workplace Digital Safety

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Project Manager to lead and coordinate an SAP/ERP project from planning through implementation go-live hypercare and operational transition.

• Mobilise and lead the multidisciplinary project team.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan.
• Coordinate project activities resources and dependencies.
• Monitor scope schedule budget and quality throughout the project.
• Act as the central point of contact between stakeholders suppliers and project teams.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings workshops and steering committees.
• Identify assess and manage project risks and issues.
• Monitor dependencies and coordinate escalations where required.
• Track decisions approvals and project deliverables.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress budget utilisation and remaining work.
• Coordinate the transition towards go-live hypercare and operational support.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and support successful project closure.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on SAP or ERP projects.
• Proven experience managing SAP ECC implementation or optimisation projects.
• Experience with projects of comparable scope and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with SAP Activate or a comparable SAP/ERP implementation methodology.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management capabilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good understanding of budget management risk management and project governance.
• Excellent organisational communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.

• English: Full professional proficiency required.
• Dutch: Nice to have.
• French: Nice to have.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain control over scope timelines budget risks and deliverables. Experience in SAP ECC environments and a structured approach to SAP implementation projects are essential.
