About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Platform DevOps Engineer XML Data Automation to join the CBOT (Coach Content Bot) team the group responsible for ensuring Coach content remains correct synchronized and trusted across the organization.

This role blends deep XML expertise with DevOps engineering focusing on data correctness automation validation logic and cloudbased operations. You will work on the XML data layer automation flows and operational tooling that power the CBOT platform.

CBOT Team Context

The CBOT team builds and operates the technical backbone that ensures Coach content is always accurate and up to date. The teams scope includes:

• Content synchronization and validation
• Automation and monitoring
• Root cause analysis of synchronization issues

The work centers on XMLbased technologies cloud operations and automationnot UI development or content authoring.

Role Overview

As a Platform DevOps Engineer (XML Data Automation) you will design maintain and optimize XML queries and automation flows that support content synchronization and validation. You will also contribute to packaging deployment and operational readiness of CBOT components running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain XQuery and XPath logic for XMLdriven synchronization and validation.
• Work with XML databases to ensure data consistency performance and correctness.
• Support automation of deployment configuration and operational processes.
• Contribute to packaging and release activities for CBOT platform components.
• Assist in root cause analysis of synchronization and validation issues.
• Support monitoring and daytoday operations of CBOT systems on GCP.

MustHave Skills

• Strong handson experience with XQuery and XPath.
• Solid experience with XML databases (MarkLogic BaseX eXistdb).
• Strong understanding of XML data modeling querying and validation.

ShouldHave Skills

• Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Shell scripting (Bash).
• Experience with RPM packaging.
• Handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Linux operational experience.

NicetoHave Skills
