About the team

TheEMEAEnrolment Based Partnerships (EBP) team works with approximately60universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at integral to the growth of thisvery working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers andCampaign managersfrom teams around the world. You will report to theEMEAEBPTeamLead.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about international education driven to build win-win relationships and eager to bring an industry-changing business model to the market

AsaPartnership Success Manager you will have ownership ofseveral universityclients. You will work directly withthem ontheir student recruitment goals supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.

Youllbe intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT).Youllbe happy to get to grips with our systems and processes be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve champion change andultimately bean asset to Studyportals as a whole.

• Responsible for approximately500k EURin revenue
• Youlllook after approximately 20 clients
• Youllbe happy to travel to visit them
• Implementation and development of enrolment-based partnership campaigns
• Strategic client consultancy on questions of international student recruitment
• Presenting toclientsregardingtheirprojections & engagement reports
• Enrolment data processing and quality assurance

Essential:

• Educated to a minimum ofBachelorsdegreelevel
• Client-facing work experience with some (1-2 years minimum)saleswork and / or account management experience
• Excellentcommunicationand presentingskills that allow you todevelopstrong professional relationshipsand tocommunicate clear strategywith ourclients
• The ability to work in a team and independently
• Outstandingorganisationaland time-management skills
• Strong IT skills and confident in usingmultipleinternal systems
• Comfortable with numbers and confidentinreportingfindings
• Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious!
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders to organise resources and analyse results to maximise delivery to our partners
• Agrowth mindsight to ensure our partnerships go from strength to strength
• Strong negotiation skills
  

Desirable:

• Anunderstanding of online marketing principles
• Knowledge of or experience of working theHigher Educationsector/ International Student Recruitment
• Experience of working in an international setting is preferred
• Highly desirable if you additionally speak FrenchGermanor Arabic
