Role purpose:
Act as a global business partner for sustainable procurement and supply risk driving programmes and embedding sustainability and risk practices into sourcing supplier management and procurement delivery to support business objectives and complianc
Role description:
- Lead/Manage delivery of applicable sustainable procurement and risk programmes managing scope priorities dependencies and issues
- Drive integration of programmes into procurement processes tools and business operations
- Support development of programme plans governance (e.g. RASCI) and implementation tracking
- Act as key interface to align priorities and drive ownership of initiatives
- Influence adoption of sustainable procurement and risk practices across regions/teams
- Identify and evaluate risks issues dependencies and constraints associated with the programs escalating matters where appropriate.
- Conduct analysis on sustainability and risk topics to support programme development and decisions
- Support implementation of supplier ESG and risk requirements in sourcing and supplier management
- Support implementation of governance and regulatory requirements across procurement
- Monitor programme performance risks and compliance escalating issues as required
Role accountabilities:
Collaborates with Sustainable/riskProcurement team and Sustainable Procurement Director.
Interface with Sustainability/riskdepartment and Sustainability Advisory colleagues for strategic and operational alignment.
Interface with procurement community business and enabling functions to support advice and drive change and ownership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in sustainable procurement and/or supply chain risk (preferably with relevant qualification) including programme delivery supplier ESG or due diligence
- Strong understanding of sustainability and risk frameworks within procurement and sourcing
- Proven ability to embed sustainability and risk into procurement processes and supplier management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across procurement business and functional teams
