Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to design implement and support a secure Modern Workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 Azure Virtual Desktop Azure Entra ID Active Directory Microsoft Intune and endpoint security while ensuring seamless end-user computing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure manage and maintain a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace environment including Outlook Microsoft Teams OneDrive authentication authorization and access security.
• Deploy administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments for secure and scalable end-user access.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure Entra ID including user and device administration Group Policies (GPOs) compliance and security policies.
• Package deploy and manage enterprise applications across the workplace environment.
• Administer iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) using Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Implement device security policies application management remote wipe capabilities and endpoint compliance.
• Manage user identities permissions and access rights in accordance with Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices.
• Monitor maintain and troubleshoot endpoint identity and virtual desktop environments to ensure optimal performance and security.

Required Experience

• 46 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Hands-on expertise in Active Directory Azure Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing endpoint security compliance and mobile device management.
• Knowledge of identity access management and enterprise security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and device compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
