We are expanding ourIT Infrastructureteam and are looking for a:

Lead Infrastructure Operations

In this role you willbe responsible forthe operational performance standardization and continuous improvement of infrastructure platforms across Europe. You will lead a small team of infrastructure professionals drive operational excellence and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure secure reliable and scalable infrastructure services.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure Operations team across Europe

• Ensure stable and secure operations of server virtualization storage and operating system environments

• Define and drive the infrastructure operations strategy standards and governance framework

• Manage suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Oversee incident problem change capacity and lifecycle management activities

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units and sites

• Ensure compliance with security audit and risk management requirements

• Collaborate with business IT and cybersecurity stakeholders on infrastructure priorities and roadmaps

About you:

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure leader who combines strong technicalexpertisewith excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally you bring:

• ABachelorsdegree in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field

• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations

• 35 years of leadership experience managing technical teams

• Strong knowledge of server virtualization storage and operating system technologies

• Experience working in complex multi-site environments

• Strong communication supplier management and organizational skills

• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
