Working closely with subject matter experts technical trainers fellow learning professionals and business stakeholders you will design and develop performance-based learning solutions that drive both learner engagement and business impact.

As our new Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) Solution Designer you will join the Design & Development team within the Manufacturing Academy. As part of our didactics team you will work alongside learning professionals who are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that enable employees to perform at their best.

In thisroleyou will:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts andbusinessstakeholders to analyze learning needs anddefineclearlearningobjectives.

• Gatherknowledgeinsights and requirementsfromsubjectmatterexperts trainers and other stakeholders to supportthedevelopmentoflearning solutions.

• Design and developeffectiveengaging and learner-centeredmaterialsincludingstoryboardsfore-learning modules presentations manuals and assessmentsapplyingproveninstructional design principles andadultlearning theories.

• Conduct quality assurancereviewsto ensurelearning materials areaccurate functionaluser-friendlyandaligned withbusinessrequirements.

• Stay current with industrytrendsemergingtechnologies and best practicesin learning design anddevelopmentcontinuously bringingnew ideasand approaches to the team.

We are looking for a learning professional who combines strong instructional designexpertisewith a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.

• ABachelorsorMastersdegree inLearning andDevelopment inOrganizationsHumanResourceDevelopmentEducationalSciences orarelated field.

• Experience in instructional designincluding thecreation ofdetailedstoryboards fora variety oflearningsolutions.

• Asolidunderstanding of adult learningprinciplesand instructional designmethodologies(e.g. ADDIE SAM).

• Strongcreative thinking and problem-solvingcapabilities.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

• The ability toswitch betweenworkingindependently and collaboratingeffectivelyina cross-cross-functionalmatrixorganization.

• Proficiencyin using Copilot or similar AI-enabled tools as part of your daily workflow.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin English.

• ExcellentOffice 365skills.
